How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During major drop events or holidays, processing may take up to 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition collaboration items and final sale clearance products are not eligible for return.
Do you ship Hoonigan gear internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I wash my Hoonigan apparel to prevent fading?
To keep your graphics looking sharp, we recommend washing your apparel inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the screen-printed designs.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to get orders out as fast as possible, we have a very short window for changes. Please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has reached the 'Processing' stage in our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
